TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING/PAYMENT
An invoice will be provided to all potential bookings prior to confirmation. Clients are required to provide a down payment of 50% of total pricing before booking is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the event date. Please note, services will not commence if payment has not been received in full.
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
At this time, all payments are meant to be sent via e-transfer to 2mixup.to@gmail.com
MEDIA
Photos and videos may be captured during events and used on the 2 Mix Up website and/or social media platforms. If you would not like to have your image and/or likeness used publicly, please let us know.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
While we take every precaution to ensure a clean venue afterward, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by guests during the event runtime. This entails paint on walls, floors, tables, clothing, etc.
2 Mix Up may engage in third party contractors or service providers to assist in delivering fast and quality service. While we take reasonable measures to vet and supervise these partners, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from their actions or omissions.
2 Mix Up shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or labor disputes.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information in a variety of ways to provide our Service and to operate our business, including the following:

Communication: We use your personal information to communicate with you for Service-related purposes. For example, we may send email to the email address you provide to us or text messages, to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, system maintenance, and other service-related purposes.

Media Marketing: Providing us with your email will add you our subscription list for future events. Furthermore, any social media information you provide may be included on our platforms via Instagram reels and/or posts with your consent.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
If any minors that have not provided consent to participate or share their likeness will not be included in services or media. If you believe we have collected any personal information from a minor, please notify us immediately at 2mixup.to@gmail.com and we will do anything reasonably possible to remove that information from our platforms.
